When Joy abounds….
When my cup overfloweth…
You've been there
To share that Joy with me
When my heart's been torn in two..
You helped me mend it
When I was paddling up stream
You helped me row
When I couldn't walk another step
You held me up
Funny,
I've never seen you
Face to face
Or touched your hand
But I know you inside out
I've heard your laughter
Inside my mind
And seen the light in your eyes
When I close mine.
I've felt your pain,
and "seen" your tears.
Friends? Some would say
How could that be?
With strangers you've never met
But little do they know
When it comes to affairs
Of the heart
We will be
Heart Friends Forever !
